July 16 auto regen, July 21 (TODAY mileage 12, 693) auto regen. My DPF goes from reading 0% to 45% approximately in less than 50 miles before every regen. Dealer says there are no TSB's, recalls, notices, holy F's, or anything. Five regens, including the manual at the dealer in less than 500 miles.
This has nothing to do with an engine being worn out. This is due to the fact that the computer excessively over-fueling. How often depends, but on average I get one every 500-600 miles with mostly motorway miles. You don't get a light when it happens as it just occurs in the background. The light will only come on when the car MUST do a regen (due to failed/interrupted regens), when this happens you must drive the car at reasonable speed till the light goes off
